Job DescriptionBased in our Darwin office and reporting to the Melbourne based Retail Operations Compliance Manager, you will provide essential administrative support across the retail and oncourse network.
You will help keep projects, communications, and operational activities organised, accurate, and running efficiently.As part of the role, you will;Coordinate new venue applications, approvals and opening processesManage communications across venues, agents and stakeholdersPrepare reports, meeting agendas, minutes and documentationArrange travel, accommodation and meeting logistics when requiredSupport retail and oncourse leadersIdentify process improvements that streamline team operationsAbout the EmployerTAB is part of Tabcorp, Australia's leading gambling entertainment company.
