You'll manage customer sales orders, help optimise finished goods inventory, coordinate production planning, and respond to client needs.
Working closely with a supportive Supply Chain Operations Team, you'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly from order through to delivery.What you'll do:Process and manage customer orders in collaboration with the Commercial and Customer Experience teamsKeep sales order data accurate and up to date across the full order lifecyclePlan shipments and order fulfilment to maximise delivery performance, freight efficiency, and product flowTackle production shortages by coordinating with logistics and aligning shipping schedulesMaintain and support ERP systems (JD Edwards)
for smooth operations and visibilityWork cross‐functionally to deliver practical, solutions‐focused outcomesDrive and support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processesKeep key stakeholders informed of any supply changesUse planning tools (like ATP) and assist with broader supply chain operations as neededWhat you'll bring:Strong attention to detail with proven data entry accuracyConfident communicator with the ability to simplify technical languageSolid understanding of Incoterms and international trade processesEffective stakeholder management and team collaboration skillsHighly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks independentlyProactive and solutions‐focused, with a mature approach to problem‐solvingComfortable in fast‐paced, changing environments with a strong sense of urgencyPrevious experience in a customer‐facing role, ideally in food, agricultural, or export industriesFamiliar with administrative systems, export documentation, and Microsoft OfficeWhy AACo?
