We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join the Wolters Kluwer team.You are responsible for generating revenue by closing account sales and managing high-profile clients.
You'll work closely with different departments to identify and convert qualified opportunities, and you will work on CCH iKnowConnect, a next-generation, AI-enabled research platform that helps tax and legal professionals access trusted content and deliver accurate advice faster.ResponsibilitiesGenerate recent sales prospectsMaintain post-sales contact with large or strategic clients to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationshipCommunicate with customers with regards to any account problems and discusses customer concerns and suggestionsFocus efforts on product feedback, enhancement, upgrades, and developmentReport suggestions to and develop solutions with sales, order processing, and customer success and support teamCompile data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing and reports to managementTravel to and attend conferences, events and customer meetings as requiredAbout You4+ years' experience in sales or other equivalent experienceSolid understanding of business, financials, products/services and the market, preferably with a reputation for providing a level of expert knowledge within your industryExcellent communication (both written & oral) and presentation skillsAbility to plan own territory/account approach and manage own resourcesClient Engagement: Ability to interact with clients and understand their needsSales Techniques: Knowledge of effective sales strategies and techniquesCRM Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management softwareData Analysis: Skills in interpreting market data and sales metricsNegotiation: Basic skills in negotiating terms with clientsProject Organization: Ability to manage sales projects and campaignsFeedback Management: Skills in collecting and acting on client feedbackContinuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing sales and product trainingOur ValuesWolters Kluwer continuously strives for an inclusive company culture in which we attract, develop, and retain high-performing, productive, engaged, and diverse talent to deliver on our strategy.
