you will:Deliver trauma-informed counselling services to children affected by family and domestic violence.Facilitate therapeutic group programs for children.Support whole-of-family interventions involving parents, carers and kinship networks.Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapeutic plans.Manage complex cases while working from a strengths-based and culturally responsive framework.Advocate for children and families to access appropriate community supports.Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to strengthen service delivery and referral pathways.Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with professional and organisational standards.Build relationships across the community and promote RA-NT's services through networking and presentations.Participate in regular clinical supervision and ongoing career development.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or Counselling.Current AHPRA registration or eligibility/current membership with the relevant professional association.Experience providing counselling services to children and families using a whole-of-family approach.Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practice, child development, attachment theory, grief and loss, and complex trauma.Excellent communication, relationship-building and advocacy skills.A commitment to culturally safe, child-focused and strengths-based practice.
