Tick Tok Café is a much-loved local favourite in Williamstown, known for quality food, consistency, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and help take our offering to the next level.

This is a serious leadership role suited to someone who values quality, creativity, and calm execution in a fast-paced café environment.

About the Role

As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, overseeing day-to-day operations while maintaining exceptional food standards and consistency. You will play a key role in shaping the menu, leading the team, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Full management of kitchen operations
Menu development, including seasonal menus and weekly specials
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Stock control, ordering,



and cost management
Ensuring compliance with OHS and food safety standards
Training, mentoring, and leading a small kitchen team
Building and maintaining strong relationships with local suppliers
Creating a positive, calm, and productive kitchen culture
