THE UPSIDE is looking for two passionate and driven Retail Managers to lead our soon-to-re-open store in Mosman and our recently opened store in Manly!

What the role encompasses
Oversee daily operations of the Mosman or Manly store
Build and lead your team with support from the Head of Retail
Develop relationships within the local community and expand our VIP list
Manage inventory, sales,



and KPIs with a focus on operational excellence

What you bring to the role We’re seeking a agile leader with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for wellness and fashion.

You’ll have:
2+ years of retail experience, with leadership responsibilities
A passion for wellness, our brand, and retail
Robust interpersonal skills to build relationships
A keen eye for visual merchandising and store execution
A warm, friendly, and detail-oriented approach
