About the role

Reporting to the managing director and the GM, this is an chance for a talented individual to be responsible for all of the internal Accounting & Bookkeeping functions and Administration as part of a small dynamic team. You will be able to confidently lead discussions with Management and provide guidance and foresight as well as undertake the day-to-day requirements of the Accounting/Bookkeeping role.

Key responsibilities
Manage all internal Accounting & Bookkeeping functions
Handle Accounts Receivable/Payable
Prepare monthly and annual financial accounts including budgets and forecasts
Manage BAS and Statutory reporting
Manage payroll function
Undertake reconciliations
Lead discussions with Management and provide guidance and foresight

About you
Minimum 5 years proven experience as an Internal Accountant/Bookkeeper
Solid knowledge of double entry accounting and reconciliations




Experience with XERO
Payroll experience
Excellent communication and verbal skills
Capable of interacting effectively with people at all levels of an organisation
Detail-oriented to ensure no mistakes in critical documents
