Position Overview The Leading Hand Carpenter supervises and coordinates carpentry works on commercial construction sites, combining hands-on skills with robust leadership. This role leads a team to deliver high-quality projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
General Commercial Carpentry
Interpret and work from construction drawings, plans, and specifications
Maintain compliance with WHS (Work Health & Safety) regulations
Working closely with site supervisors

Qualifications & Requirements
Trade qualification in Carpentry (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent)
Own hand tools
White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Current driver’s licence
Asbestos awareness certificate
Silica certificate
