We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Client Executive with our awesome team in Sydney.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of media buying and investment across key client campaignsAssist in implementation of campaigns across TV, OOH and other offline channelsManage campaign set-up, bookings, tracking and material deadlines with a high level of accuracyMonitor campaign performance and flag any delivery issues or optimisation opportunitiesPrepare weekly reports, post-campaign analysis and competitive media insightsMaintain strong day-to-day communication with media owners, clients and internal teamsSupport senior team members with negotiations, value tracking and added-value deliveryEnsure all finance processes (POs, bookings, reconciliations) are completed accurately and on timeWhat We're Looking ForUnderstanding of the Australian media landscape and media buying fundamentalsSolid grounding in TV and/or OOH Buying, campaign management & reportingStrong attention to detail across campaign execution, reporting and financial processesPractical knowledge of MOVE, TV Map, Neilsen Ad Intel and Dash8Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWhat's in it for you:Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our 'Be the Best Us' policyThe opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event,
