As Team Lead, you'll provide technical leadership, support and day-to‐day management of the team.
You'll be the go‐to person for technical guidance on fault‐finding methodologies, customer management and problem resolution, and you'll roll up your sleeves to engage directly on complex technical issues to drive resolution and keep customers satisfied.Key responsibilitiesLead the relevant technical team, managing and escalating major incidents to the Technical Delivery Manager and/or Major Incident Management team (SRMs)Support service owners in developing and maintaining service descriptions and project SOWsIdentify and escalation opportunities for improvement to the Technical Delivery ManagerParticipate in process forums as requiredProvide technical leadership and guidance to the team on fault‐finding methodologies, customer management and problem resolutionManage day‐to‐day resourcing for direct reports, including performance and KPIs, leave, timesheet approval, overtime and on‐call rosteringAbout you2+ years' experience in a technical leadership role3+ years' previous experience in hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting within an enterprise environmentStrong technical leadership and problem-solving ability, with the confidence to mentor and guide technical staffExcellent communication skills,
