Working closely with the Centre Manager and founding team, you'll lead pedagogy, mentor educators, and establish a culture of quality, reflection, and continuous improvement.We're looking for a leader who is passionate about building educator capability, creating strong teams, and fostering an environment where children, families, and educators thrive.
As a visible and trusted mentor, you'll play a key role in developing confident educators and embedding high‐quality practice across the service.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and embed high‐quality pedagogical practice across the centreMentor and coach educators in programming, planning, and documentationSupport reflective practice aligned with the EYLF and NQSBuild educator confidence, capability, and consistencyModel best practice through active involvement on the floorGuide continuous quality improvement and educational outcomesWork collaboratively with the Centre Manager to create a strong culture from day oneAbout YouYou are a passionate mentor, coach, and educational leader who enjoys empowering others to achieve their best.Diploma or Bachelor level Early Childhood Education and Care qualificationStrong understanding of pedagogy, programming,
