You'll spend your days coaching, guiding and building capability within your team, while helping create a welcoming and supportive experience for every customer who walks through our doors.Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you'll play an important role in fostering a positive team culture, strengthening community connections, and contributing to the success of our branches.What You'll Be DoingInspire, coach and support Customer Advisors to deliver friendly,



tailored member serviceBuild team capability through regular feedback, mentoring and development planningFoster a positive, inclusive team culture aligned with our valuesEnsure compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirementsSupport day-to-day operations, including resourcing and workload managementEncourage meaningful conversations that support member needs and long-term relationshipsHandle customer queries and complaints with care and professionalismMonitor and report on branch performance and activityBe a visible role model who embodies our community-first approachAbout YouYou're a people-focused leader who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.
