The role exists to support the College in improving the quality of ICT Services within the College.
The ICT Manager is appointed by the Principal, reporting to the Principal and/or Deputy Principal.Key responsibilitiesDirect the daily operations of the ICT Department, analysing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlinesBe responsible for the maintenance and security of all ICT facilitiesProvide for network management and ensure network operations, including performance monitoringDevelop, recommend and document plans, policy, standards, procedures and checklistsStrategically plan for, and manage technology assets and control operation budget and expendituresWork in collaboration with College leadership to source, implement and action ICT strategies to enhance and support the creation of the learning environmentProvide staff with appropriate ICT support and adviceReview and approve all IT systems and software prior to their purchase and implementationManage crisis situations,
