Job Description

Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Eastern Freeway – Burke to Tram Alliance project in Melbourne. You will lead commercial management for a major infrastructure contract and work with a tier 1 constructor and international engineering group.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Commercial Law, MRICS preferred, and proven experience in large-scale projects. Solid negotiation and stakeholder liaison skills are essential.
