Salsa Digital is looking for a Technical Lead to join our team on a full time basis and play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise digital solutions that help governments become more open, connected and consolidated.This is a hands‐on technical leadership role.
You'll work across discovery, solution design and project delivery, providing technical authority while supporting and mentoring developers and helping clients make the right technology decisions.You'll be involved in things like:Leading technical discovery and solution designDeveloping technical blueprints and assessing technical risksWorking directly with clients on technical direction and solutionsLeading and supporting development teamsConducting code reviews and driving technical excellenceMentoring developers and improving engineering practicesExploring automation, AI-assisted development and reusable patternsContributing to the Drupal and broader open-source communitySharing your knowledge through meetups, conferences,



webinars and technical contentWhat we're looking forYou'll need:8–10+ years' experience delivering enterprise digital solutions using Drupal2–5+ years' experience in technical leadership of enterprise digital solutionsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsTo be based in Australia and an Australian CitizenExperience with GovCMS, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, containerised environments, DevOps, infrastructure automation or AI-enabled development tools would be highly regarded.Why Salsa?
