Description The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in driving boutique performance, delivering exceptional client experiences, and upholding the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and service excellence. This role blends leadership, client relationship management, and operational discipline to ensure the boutique operates at the highest luxury standards.

Main Responsibilities
Support the Boutique Manager in driving sales performance and achieving KPIs.
Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and manage VIP/HNW client relationships.
Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team, act as Boutique Manager when required.
Drive clienteling, retention, and business development initiatives.
Oversee daily boutique operations, inventory control, and compliance with SOPs.




Ensure impeccable boutique presentation and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
Support private appointments, product launches, and exclusive client events.

Requirements
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in luxury retail, with 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
Experience in luxury watches, fine jewelry, or high-end lifestyle brands.
Proven capability in managing high-net-worth and VIP clientele.
Solid leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Commercial acumen with a transparent understanding of luxury retail KPIs.
High emotional intelligence and polished skilled presentation.
