About the Chance:
We are looking for passionate cooks and chefs to join our growing team across all Lucas venues and all levels including Pastry.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Demonstrated experience as a cook or chef in a high-volume restaurant or fine-dining venueSushi, wok, pizza,



and pastry experience highly regardedStrong understanding of food safety standardsResilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periodsStrong work ethic and a "can do" attitudeAbility to work autonomously as well as within a teamExcellent communication skillsFull availability and willing to work a rotating roster that includes opening or closings shifts, weekends and public holidays
