What you bring:
5 years’ experience post graduate experience in aged care including working with people with dementia.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy with unrestricted AHPRA registration.
Current Influenza vaccination evidence
Ability to conduct clinical assessments using a range of assessment tools.
Robust organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A genuine desire to improve the lives of older Australians.
Your own vehicle as travel will be required within your region.
