Golding is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our team at our Milton office.

You will be enthusiastic, motivated, and highly detail-oriented. A proactive and organised work style, combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills, will be essential to your success in this role. Your previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace will position you well to join our fun and close-knit Accounts Team.

You will be required to:
Perform a full-function accounts payable role
Efficiently process a high volume of invoices
Reconcile creditor accounts
Generate and maintain reports
Proactively contribute to process improvement activities and initiatives




Perform various administrative tasks and respond to ad hoc queries

You will have:
A minimum of three years' experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment
Advanced SAP skills and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Exceptional attention to detail
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
The ability to work both collaboratively within a team and autonomously
