About the role

We're looking for a clear communicator and reliable Administration & Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with coordination, publishing, and execution tasks. This is an operations-focused role designed to keep our content processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities
Schedule, upload, and organize content across platforms
Manage files, materials, and basic performance data
Support livestreams and content updates with internal and outsourced teams
Understand the intent behind each task and follow through accurately
Communicate effectively to ensure tasks are clearly understood and completed on time

About you
Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
Ability to follow instructions and take ownership of tasks
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn digital tools and adapt to evolving processes
Interest in digital content, livestreaming, and marketing
Experience using tools like ChatGPT, CapCut, or Google Drive
Mandarin proficiency is preferred for effective collaboration
