The Role:
We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen team.
You'll play a vital role in supporting our chefs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs with basic food preparation and plating
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas
Dispose of rubbish and adhere to hygiene and safety standards
Restock kitchen supplies as needed
Support the team during busy service periods
About You:




Previous experience as a kitchen hand, ideally in a high-volume venue
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work unsupervised in a quick-paced, high-pressure environment
Available to work Monday–Sunday (days and nights)
Commitment to maintaining food safety and WHS standards
