Brand Project Coordinator/ Account Manager – 3-month contract

About the Role:

Ogilvy Sydney is looking for part time account management support for an prospect, supporting our client with the final stages of key brand, campaign and operational work through to the end of December 2026.

This role would suit an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who is available to start ASAP and commit to three days per week.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate consumer testing for research projects, including materials, timelines and approvals.
Support recent product launches through artwork coordination and administrative tasks.
Support media and creative implementation, completing the remaining 2026 deliverables and coordinating implementation of the 2027 plans.
Coordinate influencer activity, with scope to be confirmed.
