Requirements
Experience in family, child and community servicesAbility to support high-performing teams delivering safe, child-focused and client-centred servicesStrong supervision, communication, stakeholder engagement and operational management skillsSound knowledge of risk assessment, case management, compliance and quality improvementRelevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Community Services or a related discipline are highly desirableExperience in court-related services,
