Evolution Skilled Solution (ESS) is looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator to join a busy warehouse operation in Bankstown. If you’re detail-oriented, confident with computers, and have experience in warehouse or logistics administration, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Process orders, paperwork, and delivery documentation
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries
Assist with stock and inventory records
Prepare reports and warehouse documentation
Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
Handle emails and general administrative tasks
What You’ll Need
Previous warehouse, logistics, or administration experience
Robust computer and data-entry skills
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
