About the Role

We are looking for someone with administration and/or hospitality administration experience who is confident, organised and enjoys working with people.

This is a part time position with a set 27-hour roster:
Monday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
Wednesday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 4:00pm

Key responsibilities
Create a welcoming first impression for members, guests and visitors
Provide exceptional customer service to all Club members and visitors
Be the first point of contact

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous administration or hospitality administration experience
Is qualified, friendly and well presented
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is organised, reliable and confident working independently




Enjoys being the first point of contact and creating a great experience for others
RSA- required
Certificate III in Business is preferred, but not essential
