THE POSITION
Preparing and presenting high-quality meals for residents
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance standards




Assisting with menu planning and special dietary requirements
Managing stock rotation, ordering and inventory control
Adhering to workplace health, safety and infection control procedures

THE PERSON
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Stock control and inventory management experience
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A caring and respectful approach when interacting with residents and colleagues
