Job Description
Kavira IT is seeking a Level 2 Technician (MSP) in Melbourne for a hybrid role with ~90% work from home and occasional client visits to Cremorne and Mornington Peninsula.
You will own queues, then client projects, with funded certs and a small, highly autonomous team.
The role progresses from queue/escalations to leading smaller projects within six months, with room to specialise as the business grows and to contribute to security hardening and automation.
