Children's Services Coordinator
Permanent Full Time / Part Time
Band 6
$93k to $101k per annum (Full Time) or $47.09 to $51.28 per hour

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Children's Services Coordinator to lead the delivery of high-quality early years services across Council's Children's Services portfolio.

Key responsibilities:
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of Children's Services programs.
Lead, support and develop staff across multiple service areas.
Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and quality standards.
Manage workforce planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, educators and stakeholders.
Contribute to strategic planning and continuous service improvement.
Support child-secure, inclusive and high-quality learning settings.

About you:
Relevant qualifications and experience in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.




Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Child Protected Standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Commitment to delivering positive outcomes for children, families and the community.
