We are seeking a friendly, reliable, motivated female Disability Support Worker to support a young woman (20 years old) with purely physical disabilities. This is a rewarding one‑on‑one role in a safe, fun, and supportive setting, ideal for Health-related Students.

About the Role

You will provide high‑quality assisted daily living support, including:
Personal care and toileting
PEG feeding, bi-pap breathing support and manual handling (training given)
Accompanying the client to university and providing on‑campus support
Driving the client when required (vehicle provided)
Attending hospital, physiotherapy and other allied health appointments
Supporting independence, safety, and daily routines

This is not agency work — it is a stable, long‑term role with consistent shifts and a positive workplace culture.
