computing fees and producing accurate invoices in a timely manner Ensuring customer service matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently Maintaining accurate records for all warranty work and repair orders ensuring that warranty / replacement parts are stored as per manufacturer / customer requirements Become one of the warranty experts for the service department Conduct regular routine administrative functions and provide general clerical support for the department Safety Champion for dealership which involves managing contractor and ensuring all visitors are signed in according to company procedures and policies If you have Trade qualifications and or demonstrated industry / senior administration experience An ability to work autonomously and with a variety of key stakeholders Great customer focus and communication skills Exceptional computer literacy and sound organisational skills High levels of accuracy and attention to detail A mathematic ability An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines If you have the skills and experience necessary and want to become an important part of our successful team then please click "Apply" to submit your cover letter and resume.
