Job Description
Cockburn Cement is seeking a Site Services Team Leader to guide a hands‐on crew across bulk train loading facilities, quarries, and stockpile areas, delivering safe, productive operations and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Site Services Lead, you'll develop your team, coordinate activities and resources, supervise contractors, and uphold high standards of safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance.
