Off the back of a strong pipeline of work - defence projects, commercial jobs big & small and residential projects of every size - we're looking for an experienced, reliable operator to join us full-time across Perth.
Big variety of work and real scope to take on more responsibility as we keep growing.
What you'll be doing:
Operate skid steer, posi track and/or excavator machinery
Carry out bulk earthworks, site prep and material movement
Maintain machinery and ensure secure operation at all times
Follow instructions from supervisors
Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines
Perform general site duties and clean‐up as required
What we offer:
Full‐time hours, with frequent opportunities for extra hours through the week & Saturday




Pay negotiable on experience

What you'll need:
Current white card
Proven experience operating relevant machinery
Valid tickets and licences for the machinery operated
Strong understanding of site safety and protocols
Able to perform physical tasks when required, through all weather conditions
Punctual, reliable and respectful
Pass a drug/alcohol test and pre‐employment medical
Full working rights in Australia
Police clearance
