Requirements

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a candidate to join a successful team of professionals. As the Direct Sales Consultant, you will:
Field inbound sales and customer service calls regarding recent loan applications
Gathering customer information and documents for current loan applications
Liaise with Credit Approval, Settlements and Compliance teams
Manage direct and indirect loan enquiries




Participate in sales and marketing activities to increase brand awareness
Support the Dealer network with customer relationships

To be considered for the role, you have will have:
Customer service or sales experience working for a banking or finance institution
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and enthusiastic approach to work
Knowledge of the NCCP and Asset finance will be highly regarded, but not essential.
Working for a Finance provider is a definite advantage
