We are looking for a Beverage & Food Supervisor to join our signature restaurant, The Lex. In this role, you will work closely with the B&F; Managers to lead the team in providing effective, professional, and friendly service to our guests. The Talent we are looking for must have:
Outstanding guest service skills
Experience in supervising a large team
Amazing attention to detail
A strong passion for and knowledge of food, wine, cocktails & beer
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a similar role in a high volume rapid-paced restaurant
