You'll remain hands-on, lead by example and help progressively modernise a PHP/SQL Server monolith towards a modern.Net, React and PostgreSQLecosystem.
AI-assisted engineering is also an important part of the brief.
We're looking for someone who has moved beyond basic Copilot/ChatGPT usage and can demonstrate thoughtful, structured use of GenAI across real software delivery.
