An opportunity has become available for an experienced person to join our large successful Company as Training Coordinator at our Wingfield Processing Facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the sourcing and coordination of training and assessing of employees across the site while maintaining up to date and accurate records of all training.
Key tasks:
To coordinate, deliver and evaluate local training for all employees, agency and contractors as per Baiada National Training Standard;
Provide support to Trainer Assessors and ensure currency in site training requirements on an as needed basis;
Assist with Environmental/WHS Compliance training onsite and collect and enter training into site skills matrix and database;
Liaise with external training companies and coordinate training programs as requested by Management.
Critical skills and experience required:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment;
Prior knowledge of production and compliance (QA, WHS, EMS) requirements in the work place;
Structured training in computer database and spreadsheet use;
Valuable meeting management skills;
Excellent people skills and mathematical and communication skills, both written and oral;
Experience with training providers (would be beneficial but not essential)
