We are seeking an experienced Traffic Management Designer to join an established traffic management business, based in Neerabup.

You will be responsible for preparing protected, practical and compliant Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGSs) across a variety of projects throughout Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare compliant TMPs and TGSs for a variety of projects and road environments
Review site and project requirements to develop practical traffic management solutions
Ensure designs comply with AGTTM, AS and MRWA CoP for both Works and Events
Undertake risk and hazard assessments and incorporate appropriate controls into designs
Liaise with clients, operations teams, councils, road authorities and other stakeholders
Coordinate permit applications and requirements
Review and update designs as project or site requirements change
Deliver accurate, high-quality designs within required timeframes

About You
Current AWTM Accreditation




Minimum 2 years’ experience preparing TMP’s.
Robust knowledge of AGTTM, AS and MRWA CoP for both Works and Events
Experience using AUTOCAD LT or similar software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Practical, safety-focused and solutions driven
