About the Role

We’re always on the lookout for amazing people to join our team. You might be a cocktail wizard ready for a current challenge, or maybe you’ve got strong restaurant/venue floor skills and want to level up. Our CSA team does everything from serving tables and making cocktails to helping guests with PC gaming, tabletop, and arcade experiences. We love what we do and we have fun doing it. Ideal Candidates Must Have:




At least 2 years experience in a similar rapid-paced food & beverage environment is essential
Outstanding guest service skills
Experience as a bartender will be an advantage
Experience servicing large crowds of up to 1000 people
Confidence in handling guest complaints & resolutions
A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
A valid Working with Children Check (this must be obtained before employment commences)
High energy with the ability to multi-task & adapt in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent personal presentation & a positive “can do” attitude
Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, weekends & public holidays
Full ongoing rights to work in Australia
