Enco is seeking a Short-Term Planner / Scheduler to support the Asset Management - Non‑Process Infrastructure (NPI) team within a mining company.

This is a Perth-based contract position, with fortnightly site visits, until June 2027 and possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and control detailed plans and schedules for NPI projects using SAP
Support NPI project delivery through effective sequencing of work, resource planning, and schedule integration
Coordinate material requirements, procurement lead times, and delivery schedules within SAP
Monitor schedule performance, progress, and variances; identifying risks and mitigation actions
Interact with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Site teams to align planning activities
Support look‑ahead planning and forecasting for site‑based NPI works
Provide regular schedule updates, reports, and insights to stakeholders
Ensure planning standards, governance,



and planning data integrity are maintained
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and scheduling processes

Skills & Experience:
Experience as a Planner/Scheduler within mining, resources, construction, or infrastructure settings
Experience supporting Non‑Process Infrastructure or site‑based capital/project works
Strong working knowledge of SAP PM
Solid understanding of planning principles, critical path, progress measurement, and resource planning
Ability to work across multiple projects and priorities in a energetic environment
Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel and reporting skills
