About the role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Shipping Agent Assistant to join our team. This is a outstanding chance for someone who has an interest in shipping, logistic and administration.

Key responsibilities
Liaising with Branch Offices for vessel operations
Providing port information and estimated port disbursements to principals
Attending requirements from Owners, Principals and Masters
Coordinating crew change and ship spares with branch offices
Prepare reports & maintain organised ships records
Assist the team with other duties and provide office support as required

About you
Well organised and high level of attention to details
Reliable, responsible and punctual
Willing to learn shipping and accounting processes




Advance proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Skilled phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
Training will be provided for the right person
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
