The Opportunity:

We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing organisation based in Dandenong South to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator.
This is a fantastic chance for an experienced customer service qualified who enjoys managing customer relationships, coordinating orders and working closely with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and orders from initial request through to delivery while liaising closely with sales, warehouse, logistics and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
Process and coordinate customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
Provide customers with updates on orders, stock availability and delivery timeframes
Liaise with warehouse, logistics, sales and operations teams
Prepare quotes, invoices, order confirmations and relevant documentation
Proactively follow up outstanding orders and assist with resolving customer issues
Maintain accurate customer, pricing and order information within internal systems




Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Provide general customer service and administrative support as required

About You:
Previous SAP experience is essential
Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or a similar role
Robust customer service and communication skills
Experience managing customer orders from end to end
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence managing multiple customer requests and competing priorities
Previous experience within manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, FMCG or another product-based environment is highly regarded
A proactive, positive and team-focused approach

The Benefits:
$70,000–$80,000 + Superannuation depending on experience
