About the role A diverse, hands-on position combining customer-site servicing with warehouse operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Service Manager, you will work closely with our service, sales and operations teams. The role suits someone who enjoys practical work, communicates well with customers and takes pride in completing work safely, accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities
Attend customer sites at scheduled intervals and respond to additional service requests as required.
Complete workplace service contract work involving spill kits, dangerous goods cabinets, and safety shower and eyewash units.
Liaise with customers to obtain purchase order numbers and other required information.
Complete service reports promptly and accurately after each visit.
Undertake customer site inductions and required training programs.
Identify potential customer opportunities in nearby areas and distribute approved sales material.
Share relevant customer, market and competitor information with the sales team.
Assemble products in accordance with written procedures and quality requirements.
Pick,



pack and dispatch customer orders accurately, with the correct paperwork and within required timeframes.
Receive incoming goods and report quantity or quality discrepancies before receipting stock.

About you
You are reliable, organised and comfortable working independently at customer sites and as part of a team.
You communicate professionally with customers and colleagues and can complete clear service documentation.
You have a practical approach, robust attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices.
You are willing to travel to customer sites as required and complete customer inductions.
You are comfortable using standard office technology, including computers and mobile phones.
You can safely perform a physically active role involving regular standing, walking, reaching and lifting items up to 16 kg.
