We are a leading caravan dealership located in Brisbane’s northern suburbs, and we are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people and providing exceptional service. You’ll be an significant part of our team, helping customers throughout their journey and ensuring they receive a positive experience from start to finish.

Role Duties and Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, walk-ins
Fulfil customer orders and coordination of build and handover
Ad-hoc administration duties relating to the dealership & showroom
Develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships
Ensure the showroom is set up and presentable for best customer experience
Attendance at Caravan, 4X4 and Lifestyle Trade Shows




Immerse in the Titanium Caravans Family culture
Stay updated on new products and industry knowledge

Role Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service
Genuine interest in caravanning and 4x4 lifestyle
Can-do, positive attitude
Problem solver
Team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate/advanced IT skills
Able to work in a fast-paced setting
Able to work independently and show initiative
Sound organisational and time management skills

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday in Brisbane's Northern Suburbs. There will be some requirement for weekend work (at Dealership and Shows).
