· Customer Service

· Coordinating flow of work through workshop,

· Maintaining on time invoicing and payments, Estimating and quoting repairs

· Manage workshop staff and service advisors

· Oversee the Warranty processing

· Oversee Field service organizing and co-ordination

About You:
Manage service enquiries with a high level of customer service.
Trade Qualifications or mechanical knowledge is essential.
Ability to manage and co-ordinate a team of mechanics and service advisors
Have sound computer skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and ability to learn the department operating systems.
Have a positive approach with a high level of customer service in mind.
Work well in a positive team workplace
