The Nest Jervis Bay is looking for an enthusiastic Casual Team Member to join our fast-paced team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be working across both the kitchen and front of house, including:Food preparation and cooking
Working on the grill, fryers and pizza section
Preparing burgers, pizzas, chicken, sides and other menu items
Taking and preparing customer orders
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
Washing up and general cleaning
Restocking and assisting with prep
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Working as part of a supportive team during busy service periods

What We're Looking For




Hospitality or kitchen experience preferred (training provided for the right person)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Adaptable availability, including evenings and weekends
Food Safety knowledge is an advantage
