Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Oak Room Restaurant and Bar including Conferencing and Events and In-room Dining.

This is a fixed six-month position in a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being on the floor, connecting with guests and developing a high-performing team. You’ll take ownership of the restaurant and bar experience, driving service standards, team engagement and commercial performance.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead the daily operations of Inspire, Oak Room Restaurant and Bar including Conferencing and Events and In-room Dining
Coach and develop the Food & Beverage team
Create memorable guest experiences and drive service excellence
Manage guest feedback and confidently resolve service issues
Oversee restaurant and events presentation, beverage service and compliance
Manage stock, costs and daily operational requirements
Work closely with Kitchen and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless service
