Summary:

The Quality Manager will oversee the development and implementation of quality control systems, policies, and procedures in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry. They will manage a team of quality control specialists, work with other departments to identify areas of improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control systems, policies, and procedures in accordance with industry standards.
Manage a team of quality control specialists and ensure the quality of the products and services produced by the company.
Work with other departments to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to address quality issues.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Provide leadership and guidance to employees on quality control standards, processes, and best practices.
Develop and implement training programs for employees on quality control systems and processes.
Maintain records of quality control activities, including test results,



corrective actions, and other relevant information.
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process changes to improve quality and reduce defects.
Participate in the development and implementation of recent products and services, ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry.
Extensive knowledge of quality control systems, policies, and procedures.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and other relevant regulations.
