Working closely with experienced Property Managers and senior leaders, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio through a combination of administrative and property management responsibilities.

Day to day tasks will include:
Assist property managers in maintaining relationships with owners, occupiers, and operational personnel to ensure service excellence is delivered.
Maintain orderly financial and lease administration procedures.
Liaise with tenants when requested by property managers regarding lease administration.
Updating tenancy schedules and ensuring any key action dates are captured.
Preparing regular reporting, including financial analysis, diary reports and any others as requested.
Continuous following up on arrears.
