Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Overnight Front Office All-Rounder to join our energetic team. This is a key role that ensures smooth overnight operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting various hotel functions.
Provide warm and skilled service to all guests during the overnight shift.
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and other front desk operations.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently.
Assist with the preparation, delivery, and clearing of overnight room service orders, ensuring timely service, clean service areas, and prompt response to guest requests.
Conduct night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions.
Maintain security standards and perform regular safety checks.
Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.
