Dribond Construction Chemicals is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and physically capable Factory Operator to join our production team on a full time basis at our Wetherill Park facility.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you’ll be actively involved in the day-to-day production and factory operations. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying busy, and being part of a tight-knit team, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with daily manufacturing and batching processes
Lifting and handling heavy materials and products safely
Accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the factory floor
Operating forklifts and other machinery as required
Maintaining stock records and assisting with general warehouse duties
Answering occasional phone inquiries and providing basic customer service
Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:




A strong work ethic and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory workplace
Forklift licence (preferred, but not the main focus of the role)
A team player with good communication skills
Basic computer literacy skills
The ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
A pre-employment medical and/or fitness-for-work assessment may be required prior to commencement.
